Produced by the Marquette Univerity Institute of Catechetical Research under the editorship of Edward A. Fitzpatrick in the 1930’s, the Highway to Heaven series of Religion textbooks is a breath of fresh air.  Unashamed love of the Catholic Faith is evident on every page.

Full of beautiful color illustrations, The Life of My Savior is the Second Grade text in the series.  It introduces students to the Greatest Story Ever Told: the life of Jesus.

The teacher's manuals for this series are called The Religion in Life Curriculum and contain not merely an answer key but an entire Religion Curriculum to accompany the textbook.
