Received your order and want to return it?

If you are a private customer and are not satisfied with the product you received, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason.

How to request a return

To request a full or partial return of an order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: info@bookbar.it 
We will provide you with the information you need to proceed with the return. 
The right of withdrawal can be exercised at no cost, except for any costs associated with returning the product.
