A warm, story-first Korean reader for A2 learners - now revised and expanded with Culture Notes and Comprehension Questions.

If you've been studying Korean and feel ready to move beyond textbook dialogues, this book was made for you. Follow Seo-ha, an eighteen-year-old from Daegu, as she moves to Seoul for university, finds new friends, navigates first misunderstandings, and slowly discovers who she is in a new city.

Written entirely in simple A2-level Korean,

Spring Again, and Summer Part One

is a gentle, character-driven story adapted from Jane Austen's

Northanger Abbey

and reimagined in modern-day Korea. You'll walk with Seo-ha through winter mornings in her neighbourhood, late nights in Hongdae, cold noodles in Gangnam, and the famous Chimaek Festival in Daegu.
